All Students who could not give their presentations on 16th, 17th and 18th must give a letter to the Seminar incharge faculty (Ms Srivani (A)/Mr. Suresh(B)/Mr Sravan Kumar(C)/Mr Mohsin Ali(D).
The letter must clearly explain the reason for not giving the presentation and then justify why the student can be given a second slot for presentation.
All students cleared by the seminar incharge faculty will be taken up on Tuesday.
Fifth batch will be announced on 21st evening due to Holi on 23rd.
